There are tons of life coaches out there...so why me?
Well, I’m classically trained, but I’ve come to learn that traditional mental health therapy is often a vehicle for addressing one's past, rather then focusing on the here and now. My practice can be looked at as a diet, aka: “therapy lite”. It’s approachable, without feeling intimidating. In our time together, we will determine and identify your road blocks. From there, you can look forward to creating actionable next steps.
As your coach my goal is to empower you, allow you to detach from the outcome, and tailor your very own S.M.A.R.T. goals. In our work together, we will probably laugh...we may even cry... and we will design a Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-limited plan.
And unlike any time in the past, you now have me to hold you accountable for making this commitment to yourself, because you deserve to be the very best version of you.
